Customer Support Specialist - Poland

We are looking for a colleague in the customer support department.
You will join a team of over 27 people in several European countries and you will be part of the department that communicates directly with over 15,000 users (and counting) from Poland.
About the role
You will communicate in writing with the Pago users who write to us via e-mail or using the in-app Live Chat, but also with the suppliers. You will work closely with the rest of the Pago team to report and solve any problems in the
app. You can work remotely or from the office in Warsaw (your choice!), and the program is flexible.
In this role you will:
reply to user requests using the in-app Live Chat and e-mail
reply to requests sent by the partners that make the application work
suggest app improvements and report any bugs reported by users
You are the right person if:
are a native Polish speaker and your English is advanced
use computers and new technology efficiently and effectively, but most importantly you love working for and with people and solve problems
have at least 1-year experience in a customer support role, where you also helped people in writing
are willing to occasionally work on weekends
